We support both free and paid ad options, offering enhanced visibility for premium listings. By posting an ad on our platform, you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your listing content.

b. Eligibility to Post Ads

To place an ad on TinyHouseBliss.com, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to real estate, zoning, and advertising regulations.
  3. Provide truthful and accurate information about your listing, including details about the property, pricing, and contact information.

We reserve the right to verify your identity and listing details at any time.

c. Permitted Ad Types

The following types of listings are permitted on TinyHouseBliss.com:

  1. Tiny Homes for Sale: Includes THOWs, mobile homes, stationary homes, new builds, pre-owned tiny homes, and custom-built designs. All homes on TinyHouseBliss.com are 600 square feet or less.
  2. Tiny Home Rentals: Short-term and long-term rental opportunities for tiny homes or tiny home spaces (e.g., land rentals, parking spaces).
  3. Tiny House Plans: Blueprints, floor plans, and designs for DIY builders or professional contractors.
  4. Tiny Home Furnishings: Space-saving furniture, decor, and related products suitable for tiny living.

d. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate removal of your ad and possible restriction from the platform:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content (e.g., misrepresentation of a property, fake listings).
  • Offensive or inappropriate material, including profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory content.
  • Adult content or materials unrelated to tiny homes or the services offered on our platform.
  • Copyrighted materials without the proper authorization (e.g., images, floor plans).
  • Spam or duplicate listings, including multiple ads for the same property or service.

We reserve the right to remove ads that violate these guidelines without prior notice or refund.

e. Listing Guidelines

To maintain the quality and integrity of our platform, all ads must adhere to the following requirements:

Accuracy

  • Ads must include accurate and truthful information about the property or product being listed.
  • Provide clear descriptions, including location, size, price, and any features or amenities.

Photos

  • Each listing must include at least one photo.
  • Photos must accurately represent the property or product.
  • Images should be clear, high-quality, and free from watermarks or logos unrelated to the listing.
  • Renderings and floorplans are permitted but not at the first photo.

Contact Information

  • Provide valid and up-to-date contact information, including email and/or phone number.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Pricing

  • Clearly state the asking price or rental rate.
  • All prices should reflect the actual cost and comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

Zoning and Compliance

Duplicates

  • Duplicate listings are not allowed and will be removed without notice or refund, if applicable.

Reservation of Rights

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason.

By adhering to these requirements, you help maintain the trust and integrity of the platform, ensuring that potential buyers and renters have access to accurate, reliable, and well-presented information.

f. Paid Listings and Premium Options

We offer both free and paid listing options to meet the needs of our users.

a. Free Listings

  • Free listings include basic placement in the applicable category and are visible to all users. This listing includes 10 images maximum, no video, and expire in 90 days.

b. Premium Listings

  • Premium listings are available for $19.95 and offer enhanced visibility, including priority placement at the top of the listings (ordered by date placed), 25 images. and up to two videos, five minutes each. Premium listings expire in 120 days with an option to renew.

By upgrading to a paid listing, you agree to the terms and pricing outlined at the time of purchase.  Fees for paid ads are non-refundable unless the ad cannot be posted due to technical issues caused by our platform.

g. Ad Duration and Renewal

  • After listing expiration, the listing remains on the website but contact information is removed.
  • Listings can be renewed 30 days prior to expiration for an additional term.
  • Paid listings may remain active for an extended period based on the package selected.
  • You can archive your listing at any time. The ad will no longer appear in search listings and your identifiable information will be removed.
  • You will receive reminders when your ad is about to expire and have the option to renew it.

h. Disputes and Reporting Fraud

User Responsibility

  • The content of all ads is the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
  • Buyers and renters are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of listings before entering into any agreements.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter a fraudulent or suspicious listing, please report it immediately using the “Report Ad” feature or contact us directly at support@TinyHouseBliss.com.

We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including removing the ad and notifying the advertiser.

i. Indemnification

By posting an ad, you agree to indemnify and hold Tiny House Bliss, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your listing, including but not limited to:

  • Misrepresentation or errors in your ad content.
  • Disputes with buyers, renters, or other third parties.
  • Non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You accept full responsibility for its content and agree to hold Tiny House Bliss, Inc. harmless from any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from your listing

j. Rejections, Termination, and Removal of Ads

We will remove ads or terminate user accounts including, but not limited to, any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of this Classified Ad Policy or our Terms of Use.
  • Non-payment of fees for paid listings.
  • Any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
  • Any other business-related decision.

We reserve the right to remove ads or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

k. Common Photo Problems

To avoid issues with photos, please review these commonly rejected ads due to photo problems.

Stock Images: Generic or unrelated photos that do not represent the actual property or product.

  • Example: A stock image of a model tiny home not matching your actual listing.

Watermarked Photos: Images containing watermarks or logos unrelated to your listing.

  • Example: A third-party website’s logo or watermark prominently displayed on your photo.

Poor Quality Images: Blurry, pixelated, or poorly lit photos that make it difficult to evaluate the property.

  • Example: A dimly lit photo of the interior with no visible details.

Misleading or Altered Images: Photos that have been excessively edited or manipulated to misrepresent the property.

  • Example: Altering the photo to remove visible damage or enhance colors unrealistically.

Personal or Inappropriate Content: Photos that include people, pets, or irrelevant items unrelated to the listing.

  • Example: A photo of a bedroom with a pet in the frame or personal belongings scattered across the room.

Duplicate Images: Reusing the same image across multiple ads or listings.

  • Example: Posting identical photos of the same tiny home under different ad titles.

To ensure quality listings, your ad will be rejected if any of these are found.

l. Third-Party Feature Opportunities

By posting a classified ad on TinyHouseBliss.com, you consent to the potential inclusion of your listing on third-party websites, blogs, or social media platforms that partner with us to promote tiny home-related content. This feature helps increase visibility and drive additional traffic to your listing at no extra charge.

How It Works:

  • Occasionally, third-party sites may request to feature certain listings from our platform to highlight trends, showcase unique properties, or provide their audience with relevant content.
  • If your listing is selected, it may be shared along with its description, images, and a direct link back to your ad on our website.

Benefits to You:

  • Increased exposure to a broader audience, driving more traffic and potential inquiries to your listing.
  • No additional cost to you for this promotional opportunity.

Your Consent:
